Many situations and circumstances led to the development of this product. 

 

As a parent, I recall taking children to their sporting events. Invariably, they would be given a water bottle to be brought with them on the field.  Most often there were other children who had the same type water bottles.  Once the bottle was on the ground there was little chance that the water bottle could be identified from others leading to health concerns.​

While attending parties where similar drinks might be

served (wine parties) , one would often put their drink

down while conversing or getting food. When returning to the spot where the drink was placed, confusion might occur as to “which was mine?” if there were several glasses with the same beverage in them.​

College campus’s are know for their “red cup parties”.  At these parties it is most common that there is one beverage served in these “red cups”.  Generally, all partygoers will be drinking the same beverage from the same style cup.  Again, once placed down and without any distinguishing mark, this cup could be mistaken for another's.
